Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of courses and services offered by LEGAL VOICE ACADEMY® (LVA). By enrolling in or using our services, you agree to comply with the following:

1. Scope of Services

LVA provides training, CPD programmes, certifications, and awareness courses for students, professionals, and the public.

2. Eligibility

Learners must be over 16 years old, or under 16 with parental/guardian consent.

Certain courses may be restricted to legal professionals, students, or accredited members.

3. Academic Integrity

Students must maintain integrity in all assessments. Plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, or misuse of materials will result in suspension or termination of enrolment without refund.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Course fees must be paid in full (or by agreed instalments) before certification is issued.
• Refunds are subject to published refund policies (e.g., partial refund if withdrawal occurs before 25% of course completion).
• Donations or voluntary payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content (manuals, recordings, slides, exams) is the property of LVA or its partners. Students may not copy, redistribute, or use content outside their personal study.

6. Certification

Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of courses. LVA reserves the right to withhold certification for non-compliance with academic or financial requirements.

7. Student Conduct

• Behave respectfully towards staff and peers.
• Refrain from discriminatory, abusive, or unlawful conduct in classrooms (physical or digital).
• Comply with platform rules and technical requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

LVA provides training for educational purposes only and makes no guarantees regarding employment or professional outcomes. LVA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Parties agree to seek resolution first by negotiation, then mediation or arbitration, before legal action.

10. Amendments

LVA may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Students will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notice.
